EXCHANGE POLICY
You can exchange the product within the first 7 calendar days of the item’s delivery if you have faced any of the following issues:
- Product is defective and/or damaged.
- Product is described incorrectly or does not correspond to the item shown on the Website and purchased by the Customer.
- Product should be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, it must be unused and in perfect condition.
- Product must be accompanied by the invoice.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any product purchased from sale/offer are not returnable nor exchangeable.
REFUND / RETURN POLICY
- We do not provide refund for Prepaid Orders, Only Credit note will be given in event of Cancellation.
- We do not provide refund for the Delivered Orders.
- Refund will be credited through the mode of payment within 3-7 Working days.
